      For the holidays I order the Cowboy Breakfast with another two pounds of bacon and the Cowboy Cookies. My son's family loves it and they rave about the bacon. Most folks eat to live, but here in Louisiana we live to eat and the products from this smokehouse are nothing but good. Just wish they had a store by us, but the products are well packaged and shipped timely.

      Simply outstanding! The black pepper truly enhances the already mouth watering flavor of this meaty bacon. I bake 2 pounds a time in a 350F oven on parchment lined cookie sheets, then store it in the freezer so I always have bacon ready to go.
