Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by UPS® based on the weight and destination of your package. Shipping charges are assessed for each recipient address in the order.

Please call us at 1-800-537-6932 if you have any questions about these rates. The website will calculate these charges for you upon checkout.

At the current time we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, or to foreign countries, including Mexico and Canada. For any questions concerning our shipping policies, please contact customer service.

During the holiday season, orders and changes to orders must be made by December 14th. Please call us at 1-800-537-6932 with any questions on how to guarantee holiday delivery.

All website orders are acknowledged with an email upon submission. Orders taken by phone, mail or fax are only acknowledged if they are over $100 in value and contain multiple ship-to addresses.
