Cooking Instructions:

I've been ordering New Branufels Thanksgiving turkeys for about 25 years or more. I can't think of getting it anywhere else. Almost always I get the smoked turkey, but I have had a couple of smoked and peppered turkeys in the past. The taste is wonderful, the meat is moist, they always arrive on time, and it helps with all the other items one needs to make to go with the dinner to have this delicious turkey ready and waiting!

Our usual Thanksgiving host was in the process of building a new home this year. He typically LOVES to cook the turkey.
