Amazing!!!

So this has become our new holiday staple. We gave it a try last year for Thanksgiving and X-mas and I must say, the smoked turkey and brisket were amazing! We also ordered the ribs at X-mas which were equally incredible! We had plenty of leftovers which we enjoyed for several days. I would highly recommend the New Braunfels Smokehouse!
