For years, we worked to perfect the ultimate Texas-style brisket and our efforts finally paid off! Our winning recipe begins with a whole USDA Choice packer-style beef brisket crafted from grain-fed cattle. With the natural fat cap remaining, we hand-rub each beautifully marbled cut with our signature spice blend and slow-smoke them over hickory until a delicious “bark” forms and the interior is tender and juicy. A scrumptious choice for festive gatherings and a superb gift for your favorite meat lover. (This brisket includes a “fat cap”, the source of its incredible flavor.)

I send this to one of my daughter and her family, husband with 3 boys and one girl, every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. They love it. I have to send 2 of them because they devourer them. They just love them. Me and the rest of my families, 3 more, love it also. Great stuff!!!

I send this to my family every year at Christmas. It's their favorite and they absolutely make sure to be at the table when it's served.

This was a juicy, delicious brisket with just the right amount of smokiness and marbling. The meat was juicy and tasty. The accompanying barbecue sauce was perfect!

Stop looking around for a BBQ seller and buy your BBQ right here!! The brisket I received was incredible. Juicy, smoky, and as tender as can be. Love New Braunfels and will continue to use them as my ONLY place for authentic Texas BBQ.

I consider myself a BBQ connoisseur and your brisket was amazing. It was cooked to perfection and the shipping was fast. The only small change I'd make would be to trim down the fat cap more to around a 1/4 inch.
