      I highly recommend this for your gatherings. I'm married to a Texan and this brisket meets his high standards. The whole brisket serves at least 20ish people or the half up to 15. I've ordered it for my parties and now have ordered it for others who have tried it at my house. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy! Oh, don't forget the BBQ sauce - it's delicious.

      I wanted to send our son in California some Texas BBQ and because of the great reviews, I decided on New Braunfels Smokehouse. I wasn't disappointed. It shipped on time and arrived on time.
