      Our son, who lives in Texas, sent us a six pound brisket for Christmas. I've had a lot of brisket in my life, but this was the absolute best! The flavor was unbelievable. The meat was moist and tender. We did not use any sauce at all because once we tasted it, we didn't need anything else. Bravo!

      My husband was buying one for his best friend‘s family for Christmas and I said I wanted to have brisket too for Christmas and it was absolutely amazing.
