“Probably the best smoked cheese we have ever had. 4 good pounder chunks. Totally worth the moderate price point. We ordered 2 and kept one for ourselves. We hand carried the other to our foreign hosts at AirB&B as a "heritage gift from Texas". Nothing beats our BBQ, and our cheese. This combines them both. SHUT UP AND BUY THIS!!”
