“I'm a huge fan of New Braunfels Smokehouse sausage, but I had never tried their Chicken Apple sausage. Added it to a recent order, and I'm so happy I did! It's terrific! Many times, chicken sausage lacks flavor and some makers add more salt in an attempt to make it "tastier." Not this one it has a great balance of salt, smoke, and the apple and subtle cinnamon/spice. Really, just about perfect! Will definitely order this again!”
