      We slowly smoke these hand-selected turkey breasts on the bone for maximum flavor. Moist, juicy, and oh-so-tender premium white meat with our distinctive hickory essence — fully cooked and ready to serve.

      Cooking Instructions:

      Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.

      We have had this turkey for Christmas for at least 10 years. A low fat diet prompted us to try this. The left overs, if there is any turn into breakfast burritos with hashbrown, flavoring for butter beans, or just alone. Our family loves it!
