Carving the holiday turkey used to require a little skill and a lot of patience. Now you can slice and serve a perfect piece of lean, all-white breast meat with every cut! Slowly smoked to seal in flavor, this half boneless turkey breast virtually eliminates waste and clean up is a breeze! Serves up to 10 people.
Cooking Instructions
Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.
