Cooking Instructions
Fully cooked - best served at room temperature. To serve warm, wrap in foil, heat in 325 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes per pound. Be careful not to overcook! Smoked poultry meat has a pink hue, which is a normal result of our curing process.

“Amazing turkey. Fully cooked , don't hesitate to order it the week(s) before holiday because unopened it will keep refrigerated for 4 weeks and 1 week once it open. The smaller option was over 7 lbs and more than enough for three adults. My only regret was I didn't order the larger option for leftovers. So delicious, will definitely order it again. Be aware if your thinking of a road trip, and I was, their store is currently shut down. Shipping only.”
