Here at the Smokehouse we couldn’t make the best in Hickory Smoked Meats without the wonderful collection of people we have assembled that tirelessly work at continuing the tradition of excellence…72 years in the making. Our employees have over a 1000 years of experience in the industry with an average tenure of almost 14 years! Of our over 100 full-time employees we have 19 with over 20 years of service and two of those have over 50!
