      I have received the catalog for years and this Thanksgiving decided to try the New Braunfels ham. WOW! This is the best hame any of us have ever had. During dinner, my daughter asked "are we going to have this ham again at Christmas?" The answer is YES! This Christmas and every future Christmas and Thanksgiving!

      We have ordered from New Braunfels Smokehouse for three or four years. The secret to their hams is they are thinly sliced and sweet. Very pleased. Also, try the mustard. It is delicious. Good company, good service.
