The hand rubbed spices and the fully cooked has made this brisket better than what you can get at some good quality restaurants.

As any good Texan can tell you (I think folks from the rest of Dixie would probably agree) brisket should have a fatty side. Adds an enormous amount of flavor. I have been very pleasantly surprised at how delicious their brisket is. I don't know of a way that you could get brisket delivered that would be its equal.

A 'not so good' brisket was immediately replaced by an excellent one, no questions asked. We LOVE this place. We will continue to order, as do other family members.

Transplanted Texan here - good brisket does not exist where I currently live. I ordered this brisket with sauce. Look, I realize that it's criminal to put sauce on good brisket but I hedged my bets since I didn't know if the brisket would be any good. THIS BRISKET IS AMAZING. Tender, thick smoke ring, just enough fat cap for great flavor. Great as is, although I'm thinking a sandwich with fresh sliced jalepenos and some cheddar cheese might be in order. (Tasted the sauce - will be great on chicken!)
