Smoked Chops

“I am a long time NBS addict and these rib chops are just super. No, excellent. Cook them gently though, perhaps a brief stint on the inside or outside grill and then wrap in aluminum foil to keep them nice 'n moist. One note, though, I would like to have a choice between a 1 1/2" thick cut and regular cut. I prefer a thick cut dinner chop and a thin cut breakfast chop.”
