I want to place orders for several friends. How do I place several orders to be sent to different recipients?

Our shopping cart makes placing orders for several recipients very easy! As you are placing items in your shopping cart, you decide whether you want the item delivered to you or sent to one of your recipients. When the item is being sent to someone else, you will assign a name to that item and the shopping cart will categorize the items accordingly. When checking out, the system will prompt you for addresses for each name.

What are the hours of operation for Customer Service?

The hours of operation for Customer Service are 8am - 5pm Central Time, Monday - Friday.

When can I order by phone?

For your convenience, our phones are answered by operators 24 hours a day. Please call 1 (800) 537-6932.

Are there any additional charges for shipping to Alaska & Hawaii?

There is an additional $15.00 charge per address to ship to either Alaska or Hawaii.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It is best to allow us 24 hours to process and prepare your order for shipping. After that, your order should arrive at its destination within two days. Because we guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition, we use either FedEx or UPS shipping services that ensure timely delivery and delivery confirmation. We only ship Monday - Wednesday for delivery within two days, except when holidays interfere.

Please provide an address where someone will be available to receive your shipment. You may also use our "Future Ship Date" option to order your gifts early. We will ship your package on the date you specify, if possible, otherwise we will ship it on the next available day. Orders received after 2:00 pm Central Time on Wednesday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday unless Next Day Delivery is requested.

What's the best way to store Smokehouse Items after I receive my order?

The items you have received were shipped frozen and may have thawed during shipment. Immediately place them in the refrigerator (for up to five days) or place in the freezer for use at a later date. This includes jerky, which has a tendency to mold if left out for long periods of time. All of our items can be stored in a freezer for up to three months.

Does the Smokehouse offer tours of their meat kitchens?

Due to USDA inspection restrictions, we are not able to offer tours of our kitchen facilities.
