Pickled mushrooms and peppers

Not being from Texas, we kind of assumed these might be teriyaki-flavored, or similar to something we would find in our local steakhouse. As you might discern from the ingredients, they are actually what I would call pickled. A little more vinegary than expected, but otherwise tasty.
