If you love pork, then these are your choice. I took them out of the ice packs. I smelled the smoke, hickory, and I love pepper. I immediateley had to place them on the grill. Heated them up for several minutes. The smell will make your mouth water with anticipation. Took them off of the grill. This is some of the best hog that you will eat. Trust me. Outstanding!! I ate three of these. Couldn't stop. I've had many chops over the years. Both bone in and out. These? Outstanding!!

Just incredible, the flavor, tenderness and cut were marvelous. Made red cabagge as a side dish: a perfect fall meal!

I am a long time NBS addict and these rib chops are just super. No, excellent. Cook them gently though, perhaps a brief stint on the inside or outside grill and then wrap in aluminum foil to keep them nice 'n moist. One note, though, I would like to have a choice between a 1 1/2" thick cut and regular cut. I prefer a thick cut dinner chop and a thin cut breakfast chop.

Each of the six chops is an appropriately sized (not huge) ready-to-serve entree for one. Very easy to heat. Can be frozen with no loss of quality. Have a pair with your mate now, and freeze two pair for quick and easy main courses later. Reasonably priced, lean, and delicious.

Rec'd these as part of a breakfast gift package and these pork chops were sooo good and enjoyed by the whole family, which does not happen often. We just lightly pan fried to heat thru and they were really wow. Good job!
