Beef Skirt Steaks tenderized with Papain. Marinated with up to 10% of a solution of Water, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Jalapeno Peppers, Spices, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder. After cooking the product weight is at least 10% less than raw weight.
Cooking Instructions
Fully cooked. Be careful not to overcook! Heat lightly in skillet or griddle or wrap in foil & heat in 325 degree oven for approximately eight minutes per pound.
